The Orange Watering Can

Once upon a time, there was a little boy who loved to play with his orange watering can.  He played,

and he played,

and he played,

One day, the watering can broke.

This made the little boy very upset.

Until he figured out he could play with half.

The End.

What’s the moral of the story?  I

I love stories with morals! I imagine the moral is something to the affect of, "make do with what you got."

Love the story! I like what you did to the photos as well. I am trying to teach myself photoshop but there is definitely a learning curve associated with it. It is definitely not an intuitive program.

Cute story and nice photos with the orange on the watering can!
Sweet little boy. Are these genuine photos or are they staged? I take and use lots of pictures of the children myself. Mostly I give them very little instruction. I often name the post after something they have suggested themselves.
Best wishes,
Anna

Your photos are wonderful and so is the story. Moral? There's always a gift even in a pile of cow dung. Just gotta keep diggin'.

interesting edits....the orange works well with it. i was going to say that boys will find a way to play with anything they have available, but getting deeper, they learn to adapt if they can't fix it!
