Sounds cheap, right? A red cape and pair of whitey-tighties. Well, turns out SKB #1 is more into logistics. I think he takes a little after me. I ended up paying more for “skin” for this costume than I did for SKB #2’s Mario costume. Here are the supplies we used.
Note 1: I should have taken the bodysuit out of the package. Once he saw a girl in the packaging photo, it was over and done with. No way was he going to wear it.
Note 2: If he isn't going to wear a body suit, what's the point of the tights? Just sayin'.
I cut cape to shape.
Then had the boys make the dots.
And here you go.
The kid’s got guts. Not only does he intend on wearing it trick or treating, he already wore it to a Halloween party where he won Funniest Costume! Maybe he takes a little after his father too.

I had just taken a huge gulp of water when I scrolled to the pic of SKB#1 in the actual costume, and it was all I could do not to spray my whole desk! I LOVE that kid's attitude, and the costume is spectacular!

Rock on, SKB #1. One of these days when I make it to FL, I'm going to have to meet this kid in real life.
