Winner, Winner, Chicken Dinner!

-First of all, I’d like to apologize for today’s photos.  I couldn’t take a decent picture yesterday to save my life.  With that out of the way, let’s get to picking a winner, shall we?!

My original thought was to just use a random number generator but, to tell the truth, 3rd grade homework is kicking butt around here and my brain is too drained to figure out how to create it, load it, link it, whatever it is I have to do.  But like I said, 3rd grade’s tough so I used the blog to bribe encourage SKB #1 to finish his homework last night.  SKB #1 is under the mistaken impression that my blog gets as many hits as Fred does on You Tube.  (Fred’s this VERY annoying kid that made a bunch of silly You Tube videos and got a cult following.  So much so, that Nick made a movie with him.  He now has his own You Tube channel with over 600 million views so far.  I said the kid was annoying, not stupid.  I will not link him to this blog because I just can’t do that to you.  If you’re interested in seeing Fred, you’re just going to have to Google him on your own.  He’s quite ridiculous so considered yourself warned.) So the thought of him picking a winner for my “prestigious” blog was a real incentive to him to finish his homework.  (Who am I to burst his bubble to tell him I’m not near that popular?)

We all wrote numbers 1 through 50 on paper, crumbled it up, and threw it in the crate.

After the SKBs gave it a good shuffle, SKB #1 picked a winner.

And the winner of the sand dollar ornaments is…

#17- Cassie of Primitive & Proper!  Cassie wrote…

Congratulations, Cassie!  Drop me a line with your contact information.

As a reward for helping, all the SKBs got milk & cookies!

Thank you all so much for entering.  For the ones that didn’t win this go round, don’t despair.  I’m working on another giveaway real soon.

Enjoy the weekend, everybody! I
