Rusty Metal Tool Tray

If you follow 3 Sun Kissed Boys on Facebook, you probably saw that I posted about this rusty metal tool tray I found in one of my neighbor’s trash.

I couldn’t resist digging it out.  I washed it up and found a home for it on our kitchen table.

I filled it up with pinecones and candles.

I love that it’s my favorite color and I even love it’s rustiness.

Do you have any trashed treasures?

It looks great on the table with the candles.I see my, I mean your, 3 in the background ;) So cute. I have a small stool that I had my son take out of the trash for me. Kids are handy.

Oh, that is so awesome! I actually have the inside of an old wood tool box that I use on my kitchen table. I change it up throughout the year. Check this old post to see it:

It looks great on your table. Good rescue! I love anything construction related. My grandpa was a builder and so is my dad and things like this remind me of them.
