Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeers

This is what my little guys greeted me with yesterday afternoon when I picked them up from school.

They made these red-nosed reindeers with the help of their teachers.  Both of the teachers’ names start with a B, so we’ll call them The Bs.  They are wonderful ladies, by the way, and my boys are blessed to have them in their lives!

The Bs prepped the palm husks (I think that’s what this is called) a day before by hot gluing a thin wire ring to what would become the back.

Using Elmer’s glue, The Bs let the kids decorate the reindeers with eyeballs, noses, and bows while in class.

That’s it!  A couple of hours of drying time and the boys had two new ornaments for their tree.

Inventive, easy, cute AND green.  I love it!
