Starfish Thingy

Clever title, huh? My wittiness is not up yet this morning.  It needs coffee.  Spacing with Blogger's still a mess.  If anyone knows how I can about fixing this, PLEASE let me know.

I went to Target last week so the boys could purchase something with their gift certificates Santa brought them.  While I was there I wondered over to the season section and to my surprise they still had plenty of Christmas decorations and ornaments in stock at 50% off.  I always mean to go to the stores to take advantage of after Christmas sales on the 26th but I always forget or get too busy and don't make it until a week later.  By that time things are usually picked over.  But not this year.  I was able to get some really cute ornaments.  The boys also picked an ornament for their tree.
They loved it because it reminded them of Patrick the starfish from SpongeBob.  I loved the color and the fact that it is a starfish!

I wanted to find a way to display this cute ornament year round, after all, it doesn't really look Christmasy.  I found my solution with a little hot glue.

It's a little ray of sunshine in my kitchen.  Easy and cute!

I never saw these at Target even before the clearance! How cute. Are they glass?

I am having problems with spacing too. i thought it was Live Writer since I'm new at it and thought I was doing something wrong. Let me know if you figure it out.
