Still Working on SKB #1's Room

Yesterday Sun Kissed Husband asked me how I liked being at home without the boys in the mornings.  Surprisingly, I'm not crazy about it.  I thought I'd love it but it turns out that I've been quite lazy.  I come home from dropping the boys off at school and then I want to nap.  Now this would be fine, if I had a personal assistant and a personal maid.  But I don't so I need to get off my butt and get doing... starting Monday!

It was my intention to post about Sun Kissed Boy #1's finished bedroom.  But since that's not done, I decided to post other kids' rooms that are done.

I love the simple and sophisticated look in this room.

Loft beds are a great option for space-tight rooms.  This room uses mainly three colors; white, blue and brown; giving it a rustic yet sleek design.

Hanging up shelves along an entire wall not only adds architectural interest, it's also a terrific space saving idea.

Ultimate room saver?  Bunk beds in the closet, of course!

Don't these images make you want to tidy up?  It does me...tomorrow!

Enjoy the weekend everybody!

Great photos!! I would love a loft type bed in the kids rooms. I think the boy would try and jump from the highest point though, maybe when he is older! :) I think that first pic is my favorite! Good luck and can't wait to see what your creative mind comes up with!! I am so with you on the lazy thing too. UGH! I need to get going!! :) Have a great weekend!

The first and third pictures are my favorites. I would think a kid would love the third option.. . .when I was little I always wanted a secret place I could crawl into and get away. So cool.
