The boys "helped".
This armoire came from SKB #1's room which I am trying to de-clutter. The boys like it's new spot.
The space where the crib was is now a fun hang out space.
On the opposite wall, I hung a piece of the crib to hang the boys' artwork.
I couldn't resist taking a couple of shots of my baby boy's first "official" night out of the crib.
There's something so sweet about sleeping little ones. Oh yeah, it's called quiet time!

15 Sunny Notes:
Everything looks so amazing! The boys look so tuckered out! Amazing job!
Looks great. Hope SKB#3 stayed in bed all night.
What a cute idea using part of the crib to hang artwork. A good way to keep a sentimental piece if you are done using it for it's purpose made.
love that you were able to reuse part of the bed! you are so clever... and your boys are so sweet!
I love that you used part of the crib for artwork display. Very clever and a great way to hang on to one little piece of crib nostalgia!
That hang out spot is a dream! And I love your "crib wall art" AWESOME creativity!
I love the crib wall thingy. What a big boy!!!
Sweet sleeping faces! So cute. I love their sheets, those are so cute. You gave them a great little hang out area now. Oh, I have those green green chair in a larger version!
I love the hang out area! I like that you hung part of the crib on the wall, too.
Your boys are all so cute!
Thanks for the comment on my photography site. I like this post a lot. Our son is 2.5 years and we put a big boy bed in his room along with his crib. I am pretty sure we will have to completely abolish the crib to get him to switch, but as he is still little and we are in no hurry, we will see if he chooses to move first! Love your site!
The room looks so great Yanet! I love how you used the part of the crib for artwork, you are so creative! Your boys are just precious and I could watch my little one sleep, it is just so peaceful and sweet!
PRECIOUS! Love the new bed and he looks so cute in it asleep!
I love the new arrangement! My nephews have that same bunk bed, I love it. Sleeping boys are very nice. They look so calm and at peace. Your kids are so darling!
The crib piece on the wall is a great idea! I was given an old crib about 3 years ago and my husband and I currently use it to store extra blankets, pillows, sleeping bags, towels, and material for making quilts in our spare bedroom. It may sound silly but that way it's all off the ground and in a good spot till we figure out what we are doing... :) I keep thinking that I am going to tear the crib apart this summer and make a thing like you did for your kids art but use the metal springy part (to use for cards and pics in my kitchen) and then make a bench out of the other parts. Maybe 2 benches. We don't have kids yet and I think that this crib might be a little out of date for a baby now... or maybe even recalled?
Funny short story: When we first set the crib up and had nothing in it but the mattress and a blanket, I put our dog in it so that he would be out of our way when we were moving furniture in and out of the house. He LOVED it! It sounds so crazy but he seems to think it's his bed. Whenever he follows me into that room he puts his front paws up on it like he wants to get in there.
Sorry for the unnecessary long comment... I am a talker, even when I am typing. :)
Oh, so sweet...love those sleeping boys...but you know, they aren't really sleeping, they're re-charging!
Glad to see that everyone has 'big' beds now...
Your decor is awesome, BTW.
