Guest Host {Kelli of Random Thoughts of a Supermom}

I can relate a lot to May's Guest Host. Kelli of Random Thoughts of a SUPERMOM.

You see Kelli and her husband have three adorable little boys running around their house.
Notice her youngest.  He reminds me of this youngest.

What is it about the babies of the family?!

Kelli has a fun project or treat for just about every holiday or occasion.  (Click on photos for tutorial)

She's counting down the days to summer with the help of this board she put together.

Kelli's also working on re-doing her master bedroom...
...which brings me to another project she did to incorporate in it.  Take it away Kelli!

Hi! My name is Kelli and most days you can find me blogging at Random Thoughts of a SUPERMOM! I am so excited to be visiting at 3 Sun Kissed Boys today! Thanks so much for having me over Yanet!

I am a wife and stay at home mom of three boys. I love to be crafty, make yummy {and SUPER fun} food, share pictures of my cute boys, and blog about the every day happenings of my life as a SUPERMOM!
Today I am sharing a simple spray paint project that is part of my bigger Master Bedroom Redo.
I started with these really cute frames that I bought a few years ago. I loved them because the colors were perfect for our room and they had that rustic yet tropical feel that I was going for at the time.
Since I decided to add red into the decor, the two tones of blue just weren't working in the room anymore. The easiest solution for that problem is a little bit of red spray paint, some newspaper, and some painters tape.
I used the painters tape to mask off just the darker color blue and then I used the newspaper to protect the rest of the frame that I didn't want the red spray paint to get on.
After the paint dried overnight, I used a piece of sandpaper to rough up the red a little bit just to make it match the rustic-ness of the rest of the frame.
I added in some new black and white pictures, and now my frames are ready to go into my {still in progress} master bedroom.

Very cute, Kelli!  Thank you for joining me today.

I can't let yall go without sharing this last picture of our littlest guys.

I definitely see some similarities there! Cute boys, all of them.

The frames look really cute with the red! And they look like they've always had red, too. A sure sign of a good makeover!
